Call for availability. Rates are  less than many of the area's nicer hotels, motels and lodges. Rent for an entire weekend, week, or month. Call for Holiday availability and rates.

Weekend Rental   $450* For  Two People
One Week Rental    $1,400* For  Two People
Monthly Rental - per month    $4,600* SUBJECT TO ADJUSTMENT FOR NUMBER OF  PEOPLE, AND EXCESSIVE  UTILITY USE

$210 per day*

 2 day minimum

*In addition to rental rate stated above a $75 cleaning fee will be charged ($100 for monthly rental). 
 Rental Rates for holidays may be higher. Please call to learn those rates.

$100  nonrefundable deposit  is required to reserve specific future rental dates.

Rental includes DSS  Satellite TV with HBO, music  and other standard channels.  For longer term rentals additional channels may be added if tenant desires to  pay  for the additional cost.

Security Deposit Will be Required
No charge local calls on phone - credit card required for long distance phone calls.
Payment may be made by check, wire transfer or Credit Card
